The Cisco CP-CKEM-C is a hot-pluggable Color Key Expansion Module designed to enhance Cisco Unified IP Phones (models 9971, 9951, and 8961) by providing 18 illuminated, programmable buttons, expandable to 36 via page navigation, all paired with a vibrant 4.3-inch TFT color display (480 × 272 resolution) that articulates to match the phone’s angle. The module supports clear visual line-status feedback via tri-color LEDs, integrates seamlessly with call-handling workflows, and can be powered via PoE-Plus or a Cisco power cube depending on the phone’s power provisioning setup.
