The Mellanox MCX75510AAS‑HEAT is a high-performance single-port OSFP network adapter based on NVIDIA’s latest ConnectX‑7 architecture. It supports ultra-fast 200 Gb/s InfiniBand (NDR200) and 200 GbE Ethernet over a single OSFP interface using a PCIe 5.0 ×16 host interface (also backward‑compatible with PCIe 4.0). Hosted in a half-height, half-length form factor (~2.71″ × 6.6″), it offers robust packet processing acceleration with features like SR‑IOV, DPDK, RoCE, overlay offloads (VXLAN/Geneve/NVGRE), jumbo frames, and GPU-direct storage integration via GPUDirect. The “HEAT” version includes enhanced thermal diagnostics and management; secure boot is enabled, and cryptographic offload is disabled in this variant
