The HPE JL376A (Aruba CX 8400 Series chassis) is an enterprise-class, 8U rack-mountable Layer 3 switch chassis designed for campus core and aggregation environments. It includes eight modular expansion slots for deployment of line modules supporting 10 GbE, 25 GbE, 40 GbE, or 100 GbE ports, along with redundant fabric and management modules, and support for up to 19.2 Tbps switching capacity (approximately 1.2 Tbps per slot) via Aruba’s Clos-based architecture. Managed through the ArubaOS‑CX operating system, it supports advanced networking features such as IPv4/IPv6 routing, OSPF, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, QoS, ACLs, MACsec, and IRF or VSX for high availability and scalability. With hot-swappable power supplies and fans, robust modular flexibility, and high port-density support, the JL376A offers carrier-grade performance and reliability for next-generation enterprise networks.
