The HPE JG841A FlexFabric 7910 is a modular, enterprise-class Layer 3 switch chassis engineered for data center and campus core deployments. It supports up to 10 I/O expansion slots for flexible configurations of 10/40/100 GbE modules, delivering high throughput and scalability. Based on a non-blocking Clos architecture with full Layer 2 and Layer 3 feature support (including TRILL, IRF, VXLAN, MPLS, static and dynamic routing, IPv4/IPv6, ACLs, and QoS), the chassis offers ultra-low latency and seamless IRF-based scale-out across multiple units. Ideal for virtualized and cloud-ready environments, it provides robust network resiliency and programmability via OpenFlow and supports unified management across linked systems
