The HPE R7H97A (Aruba 9240 RW) is a 1U rack-mountable 9200 Series Campus Gateway designed for high-density enterprise and campus-edge environments. It includes four 25 GbE SFP28 ports, a single modular expansion slot, and management interfaces (console, USB-A, OOBM). Engineered to scale with Aruba’s licensing model, it can support between 512 to 2,048 APs and up to 32,000 client devices, delivering switching throughput from 20 Gbps base up to 40 Gbps with license upgrades. With features like live upgrades, dynamic segmentation, embedded policy enforcement firewall, zero-touch provisioning, and seamless integration with wired and wireless domains, it provides robust, secure, and scalable campus connectivity solutions.
