The HPE JW260A (Aruba IAP‑277) is a rugged, outdoor‑rated dual‑radio 802.11ac (Wave 2) access point designed for high‑performance Wi‑Fi in challenging environments. It delivers up to 1.3 Gbps on the 5 GHz band (and ~600 Mbps on 2.4 GHz) using 3×3 MIMO with beamforming, supports MU‑MIMO, and includes a PoE+ (802.3at) Gigabit Ethernet port along with an additional RJ‑45 port . Built to withstand harsh conditions, it features IP66/67 weatherproofing, industrial surge protection, and can be wall- or pole-mounted (−40 °C to +65 °C) . Six integrated directional omni‑antennas ensure extended outdoor coverage, while Aruba Instant mode and ClientMatch technology optimize client performance and simplify deployment .
