The HPE JY792A, also known as the Mobility Conductor (Hardware) MM-HW-5K, is a 1U rack-mount appliance built for managing large Aruba wireless and wired network environments. It provides centralized control over up to 5,000 devices (APs, mobility controllers, clients), and includes two SFP+ 10 GbE uplink ports, dual 400 W redundant AC power supplies, and a compact chassis (17.4" × 1.7" × 15.8")—optimized for high availability, simplified deployment, and full integration with Aruba’s advanced features like AI-powered RF optimization, Dynamic Segmentation, WPA3, live upgrades, and zero-touch provisioning.
