The EnGenius ESR‑9753 is a compact N150‑class wireless router offering up to 150 Mbps over IEEE 802.11b/g/n on the 2.4 GHz band. Featuring a single detachable RP‑SMA antenna (1×1 MIMO), a 10/100 LAN switch with four Ethernet ports, and one 10/100 WAN port, it supports WPS for push‑button secure setup, SPI firewall protection, MAC filtering, and encryption standards like WEP, WPA/WPA2. Powered by a 320 MHz MIPS processor with 16 MB RAM and 4 MB flash, it uses web‑based management and Wizard‑driven configuration. Although it delivers better throughput and wireless range than typical 802.11g routers, it's now considered limited by today’s memory and firmware constraints and is no longer recommended for modern firmware upgrades like OpenWrt due to its minimal resources
