The HPE JG822A FlexNetwork 10508‑V switch chassis is an enterprise-grade modular Layer 3 switch platform designed for campus core and aggregation networks, featuring four fabric module bays, eight I/O module slots, and dual management module bays. Based on HPE’s advanced multi-stage Clos architecture, it delivers up to 11.52 Tbps switching fabric capacity and ultra-low forwarding latency (~3 µs). The chassis supports flexible deployment of Ethernet, fiber, and expansion modules to scale up to hundreds of 10 GbE or 40 GbE ports. With HPE Intelligent Resilient Fabric (IRF) support for scaling across four chassis as a single logical unit, license-free full Layer 3 routing (including IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, and VXLAN), and advanced security and QoS, it provides highly flexible, scalable performance for large enterprise and campus infrastructures.
